We're looking for a new helper!
Applicant must love animals, be highly organized, and extremely responsible. The owner built this company out of her home and is now trying to expand. She would love to have another person to help it grow! Interested? Read on for more information.

Typical Expected Hours: around 20 hours a week split between morning and night
-morning shifts vary between 7am and 10am depending on household and last for 30 minutes.
-evening shifts vary between 5pm and 8pm depending on household and last for 30 minutes.
-day shifts can be any time during the day...they also include advertising for the company
-overnight care is 24-hours in home (though you can usually leave for regular intervals to shop, visit
friends, go to classes, etc).

Expected Compensation:
-During training, you will get $8/hour to accompany the owner to job sites, other training, and creating advertising materials.
-Once you pass training and enter contractor work, you will get a percent (%) of each invoice:
+30% for daily jobs to start
+50% for overnight and Holidays
+in the rare cases where it doesn't equal minimum wage, you will receive a higher wage. Ex; if someone only has 1 cat and wants you to stop by once a day (which would only be $10 for the quick visit), we obviously can't expect you to only get $3 for your work. In these cases you would receive $8 (about an hour of your time since you'd be commuting and spending 30 minutes in home).
-We pay for your petsitting insurance premium
-Paid mileage over 20 miles round trip (built into invoice as well).
-You'll receive your own business card with your name on it

-be able to work when ill if coverage isn't available (rarely happens, but there have been times!)
-have flexible availability since some clients need immediate care with minimal notice
-have a phone for contact purposes (always carry your replacements number and the clients phone #!)
-extremely responsible and punctual
-reliable and honest (you will get a 1099 from us so income must be claimed)
